Retrieval instructions:

  1. The downloaded software is a self-extracting compressed file.
  2. Double click on the downloaded file.
  3. The driver distribution will be uncompressed into a new directory called \OCEPS3.
  4. This directory is created on the current disk drive unless you define another installation directory when running the PS3 self-extracting file.

Note: Under MacOS, the software will be uncompressed into a directory named OCEPS3 (or OCEPS3.x if this directory already exists).

Installation instructions:

On a Windows system:

  1. Go to the \OCEPS3 directory.
  2. Double click on the setup.exe file.
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Note: under Windows 2000/XP/Vista, a message appears during the installation, about the signature. Simply click on 'Yes' to continue the installation.
