‘Send Print Job’
For a quick hassle free way to Transfer you print job to Printline use our “Send print job” facility.
Don’t clog your email with print files, select “Send Print Job” from the menu, click “Send now” and fill in the brief form, hit “Next” and browse for your print files, then press “Send”. A representative from Printline will be in contact by your preferred method.

Please note: you can select multiple files in one go & there is no size restriction, however we do not recommend any single file bigger than 200mb.

You may be prompted to install Java if your machine does not already have it installed. Java is a common software plug-in that runs java based software in your browser. Click yes, and proceed with installation as you are prompted.


‘FTP’
For the more seasoned users, FTP or File Transfer Protocol is a great way to have your own secure file depository on the Printline job server. The main difference between using FTP versus the “Send print job” utility is that you have the ability to manage your files, create and delete folders, organise and update files such as manuals which might be re-printed on a regular basis. As you use a secure login, your files will be stored on the server until you wish to delete or modify them, in other words you manage it. It can also be used to retrieve Scans or Graphic Artwork performed by Printline.
